Omega Realty & Associates, Inc. was formed in 1978 to focus strictly on commercial real estate brokerage services. As a result of this orientation towards commercial brokerage we have developed extensive experience in multi-use and large office building management. Currently there are over 135 commercial businesses in buildings managed by Omega Realty & Associates, Inc.

Omega Realty & Associates, Inc. was founded on the simple principle of creating profits for clients and being available to their tenants. From the beginning, Omega Realty & Associates, Inc. has challenged itself to tackle some of the toughest properties in the Grand Junction area. We pride ourselves on taking on problem properties, transforming them, and creating profits for owners who might have never thought there would be positive cash flow.

Omega Realty & Associates, Inc. directs day-to-day property operations and oversees dedicated and experienced contractors in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Our corporate clients are real estate owners, developers and asset managers. We also have experience as court appointed receivers.
